Air conditioner worked very well, had good rest

Dated hotel but fairly good location and spacious room. Had a queen twin bed.

Stayed here on my husbands 50th birthday. Loved it even though I wore a message for them when I booked that a need some balloons of a small cake in the room for husband’s surprise then hotel staff said they didn’t get the message 😢. He offered me a drink vouchers our stay was for one night only and the cafe was opening at 12 noon can’t use it as I had to check out at 11.00. But it was a good stay will definitely recommend.

Room was clean but air conditioner did not work. Great location. Nice staff

Fantastic room, good location for Tower Bridge, lovely clean and well maintained hotel. Air con which was a godsend. Great breakfast. Not silly money either. 10 out of 10.

Well located, good amenities, quiet area, and a good breakfast

To no fault to the Hotel , London was experiencing a heatwave and unfortunately the air conditioner in my room not working they try to provide me with a fan that did absolutely nothing . The room register 98 degrees . I woke up with a massive headache. They was able to change my room the next day and provided 25% discount for the day . Staff was very friendly and apologetic. Hotel it self was old and dated

The hotel is beautiful and located in a great area. We unfortunately stayed during a heat wave and the air conditioning in the room was not working. It was unbearably hot and humid. No sleep was had for 2 nights until another room with A/C became available. Unfortunately, the second room only had a king bed and there were 3 adults. Cot was grossly uncomfortable. The staff was very nice and did refund some of my money but not enough to compensate for the conditions. If yo stay do not pre-pay breakfast as the hour vary and if you have any early departure flight you will pay for more than you actually receive. Hotel is clean, in a good location, the staff very nice and provides good choices at breakfast.

Great location. Room was a great size and well equipped for all our needs. Pool and spa were an extra bonus. Check-in and out was very efficient. Would recommend this hotel for any trip to London!

Room was very small in size, Smallest I ever had in this hotel in last 3 year Buffet breakfast; the omelette service was very slow, always long queue, one person , making one omelette at a time..
