Sun loungers need to be paid for so the beach wasn’t used. No other guests was using them

Everything about this trip was so wonderful. The room, the staff, the food, the amenities, having everything in the same place was very convenient and refreshing. The spa was 4 stars. We will be back!

Great experience, and wonderful for families with young children!

Nice location, amazing beach and friendly staff. Unfortunately we were caught in a typhoon but the hotel had amenities to try to keep us entertained. It would have been nice for them to so grant access to the lounge for other level members during the typhoon. Also the breakfast was adequate but not to the standard I was expecting.

Will DEF be coming back here again. one of the best hotels i’ve ever stayed in. it’s right next to the water and there’s so much to do at this hotel. if you have kids they WILL LOVE it. they have fish IN THE LOBBY. So much better than i expected. it’s so beautiful. Do not hesitate to get the breakfast when booking!!

The staff was outstanding, super helpful, kind and knowledgeable. The facilities are very clean including the indoor amazing aquarium full of incredible sea creatures! The location accommodates families with children, so there were many children. It still remained quiet and enjoyable. Lots of amenities to make use of and activities to do. Fitness facility was just right.

Friendly, clean, great for families. I wish they had a shuttle. Also, I wish some of the activities were included in the price. Good buffet.

It is a beautiful property with an indoor and outdoor pool. There are slides at the outdoor pool. They have a private beach with a boardwalk to walk on (and take great sunset pictures on). There is a buffet restaurant and yakiniku restaurant on-site. And, so much more. A very enjoyable stay.

Not as good as it seems on advertising. Food was not good , staff was okay. We stayed there for the mega zip line but it is poorly managed. Close early without notice. It is like hit or miss. We didn’t get to go on until the say we are leaving. Would not recommend this hotel. Not worth for this price.
