Wonderful property. Our room had a great view of the beach, was comfortable and very clean. The staff were great, and super helpful.
The trip out to the private island to go snorkeling was a highlight of our trip to okinawa, such an amazing place.

少しがっかり Coming from the states preparing for a beautiful stay on Moon Beach chose this hotel. Communication barrier was tremendously awful had called three times from the states to get my granddaughter for her baby shower and myself a massage no problem they do maternity massages they say but no one could help me when I made the calls to schedule them for the day. We were gonna be there just come in schedule it when you arrive that isn’t how it went arrived and no one was at the massage place that could help us and kept saying no tomorrow tomorrow 3 o’clock tomorrow afternoon. Well we had to check out by 11 AM. Just awful experience. on top of that we couldn’t go out on our balcony, but because there was a size of a wasp nest as as bigger as a cantaloupe out on our deck, so wasn’t enough to go sit out on the deck due to that no thank you.

The hotel exterior and common areas need maintenance and better upkeep, the building has a feeling of being tired and worn. The room itself was lovely, comfortable beds and good aircon and a stunning view. Unfortunately it was at the end of a very grim hallway. The beach has "opening hours" and swimming is only permitted within a very small roped off area.

The hotel was set to heating and our rooms were extremely warm all day unfortunatley. There werent even fans they could offer us. But it was still a good stay.

Staff was very kind and welcoming from the beginning to the end. Room was clean and had a great view. Resort was well maintained and breakfast buffet was good quality.
