少しがっかり友人と滞在
staff maya was not good , not helpful --- I stayed 15th to 19th june
i requested her 2 nights AC was not working in Masters bedroom
she did not address proper way to management or superwiser
they have alternate day cleaning service
did not clean my room. or bathroom
everyday i have to ask for new towels
they ruined my experience with stone bridge & i spent lot of money
sorry -- never go in future

I really liked our room but I was not a fan of all the drunk people sitting in the hot tub having loud obnoxious conversations in the late afternoon.

Really on was ok .. pool and hot tubs were very well used. Constant pounding of heavy feet from room above us was very annoying! Television’s were very inconsistent in there feed .
Other that that ok to stay clean rooms good beds .

Beautiful place for a weekend getaway. Our room was well taken care of and very clean. The pool, hot tub and sauna was relaxing and quiet.

The rooms are so spacious - we stayed in a tiny hotel in banff and Canmore last year for the same price - this is great value, washers & dryers, nearby stores, delivery available, great pool, hot tub and sauna plus walking distance to town

We booked a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit with full kitchen, washer/dryer, living room, patio with grill at near the same price as a regular hotel room costs in Banff - 12 minutes from Canmore. Besides Canmore has much better mountain views.

Great place! Didn't use the amenities but if we were there longer or with other couple or kids the pool would have been a must use. Disappointed in the bedding ... clean, but the duvet wasn't in a cover rather sandwiched between two other sheets. Hard to keep organized and leaves the duvet exposed to 'grimmies' (I hope these are washed every time and not reliant on the sheets covering). Bathroom fans don't work well and the moisture & dirt are evident on the walls (my OCD). Kitchen -- Fridge, Microwave and Coffee were exactly what we needed. Having access to more in the kitchen was nice but we spoiled ourselves and ate at the great restaurants in town. Would love to return and wouldn't hesitate to rebook!

Love the stoneridge resort, we have stayed here many times. Price is usually out of budget though. Amazing staff and location
