The location of the property is ideal, close to a metro station and it also is near to shops and some restaurants. What lets it down is staff, they weren’t very friendly but did speak English, which was very much appreciated. However, whenever you asked them for something there was always an excuse e.g. checking in early we were asked to pay more. I asked them where the bar was, they said they didn’t have one - even though there was a sign in the lift for it. The worst thing is I wasn’t advised ahead of time that the fitness centre was closed, I would’ve stayed somewhere else had I been forewarned.

Such a nice hotel, friendly staff and 3 mins walk to the subway station and another 5-8 mins walk to SanLiTun. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, friendly staff, spacious and well decorated rooms.

I wanted to stay in Sanlitun area and hotel was 5 mins walk to all the shopping. Hotel was clean and comfortable and was well priced. Good value hotel in the Sanlitun area! I'd stay again.

Very hip and decent property. Having staff that speak English will be beneficial. Expedia should consider this as a vip plus peoperty to enable free upgrades

Breakfast could be better.

The power went out in my room not too long after I got into the room and I had to wait for someone to come fix the key card box. The shower also did not drain properly and puddled. These are things that should be maintained before guest check in. Staff were nice and bed was comfortable but for the price and a supposedly 5 star hotel, this was nothing outstanding and I was not impressed with the overall quality
