以為是希爾頓品牌會有對應的品質 沒想到住宿之後很失望 詢問櫃檯人員旅遊資訊 櫃檯人員很不耐煩沒有服務意識 整個酒店的整潔程度也很糟糕 角落灰塵清晰可見 一走出電梯聽就聞到怪味還嘗試用香氛味道蓋過 夜間鄰居的聲音也聽得很清楚 這個酒店的整體體驗是無法掛上希爾頓這個品牌的

The buffet breakfast had old items put out. My husband ate the breakfast, and I did not. Every other food item we shared such as all the restaurants and street foods. After telling me the items were stale and old, a few hours later, he got sick. I was just fine. Although the hotel was nice, there were no restaurants around the area. I would not stay here again. Location is key, and this was not the place to stay.

All I like about this place is they have a laundry room in this place where you can do loads of laundry. The room was clean, but the shower room was a little bit off, not seems like a Hilton Garden Inn level shower room compared to other Hilton hotels. When I tried to turn on the hot water, it’s either too hot or too cold, it’s very hot to adjust to the right temperature and the water volume is low. Occasionally I could smell people smoking on the hallway. Overall with the price I’m paying, I do not think it’s the stay I really enjoy.

Closet is so small, the sliding doors are noisy, no bath robes.
