Clean room. Easy check-in process. And easy check out process too.

This was my first stay in Las Vegas and it was amazing! The hotel exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciated the free valet parking and the friendliness of the staff. My room was cold just the way I like it! The pool experience was beyond anything that I could imagine with a live DJ. I will certainly return and recommend this hotel to others!

Room was great for our one night stay, very clean and comfortable Only drawback to our stay was the check-in process, having waited up to an hour for a confirmation that our room was ready - that never came. I was forced to stand in line again only to find out my room was ready and could obtain the keys. I arrived after normal check-in time so expected rooms to be ready.

Property and room were clean and spacious! There were plenty of great food options.

I was in town for a conference. I am not a gambler and have no interest in being in a very loud casino. The resort pool was only open from 10-6 so because I was in meetings from 7;30 to 5 I was unable to enjoy the one thing I would have liked go do after a long day of sitting. Also since it is off the main strip there was nowhere to get away from the noise without taking an uber or cab since the hotel had no shuttle service. I would not go back even for a conference

This hotel was great! During our stay we walked around to other hotels and the entire time we said “I’m glad we chose the Palms.” Very nice hotel, clean rooms, nice views, nice pool. Only thing I will complain about is the shots at the pool, we got 4 shots for $80 but hey we’re in Vegas lol

Although a bit off the strip, it was lively, every employee was friendly and courteous. The rooms were clean and quiet. There was ample food selection and plenty of parking

wifi was worthless, constantly cutting out and connection issues, and no cell reception if you're a verizon customer. Room was tired, carpet, bath fixtures, etc.

The bars weren’t very good.. sky bar was dead and only interested in you if you wanted bottle service. Only good thing about this property was the dim sum restaurant

Stayed two nights , wonderful front desk staff. Room amenities.. okay.
