Food from room service was really bad but overall great service and will definitely come back

Only had lukewarm warm water on second day shower. Was a brisk to say the least wake up! This was fixed very quickly. We are not WEALTHY by any means, and prices at resteraunt were double, if not more, for what we usually pay for the same things elsewhere. $5 for a slice of toast is a bit much for anyone to justify. Complimentary Valet Parking was very nice since parking used to be free everywhere and now is from $10 to $35 a day at some places. Vegas has just gotten OVER PRICED for the average Joe!!

We came back the second time. Rooms are very. Staffs are always friendly and helpful. Very comfortable bed. It’s really nice to stay here. The environment is perfect.

As soon as I got there it is a courtesy Valet. No one tells you anything. The valet supervisor. Jimmy! Horrible person. First day this mam made the whole experience go to waste. Horrible horrible horrible person.

Clean room, but the shower had no hot water.

Ashley and valet lead on 2nd shift was amazing, staff was very kind. Bell service even took my order from Nobu up and out in refrigerator so my guest flying in was very happy to have sushi/caviar waiting. Thank you POTUS and all staff, amazing hotel.

The Valet Parking is a disorganized mess. It takes time to drop it off and more time to get it back. The function to order your car before going downstairs was down the whole time we were there which resulted in longer waiting time for getting the car. The Valet personnel will change your seat and mirrors every time and one time the passenger seat was way back. Housekeeping is also questionable. Apparently they clean rooms from 9am to 8pm. And when they make your bed, they just cover it with the blanket but the sheets underneath are a complete mess. There were 4 people in our room and we would receive 2 bath towels so we constantly had to request more towels.
