No me gustó que no dan agua ni café por cortesía la mayoría de los hoteles lo dan solo tienen un snack bar que venden todo

Casino and restaurants smelled like cigarettes.

Room keys continuously malfunctioned. After my teenage daughter went down to get a burger and couldn't return to the room or use the elevator d/t malfunctioning key, she asked the front desk for help and contacted me. As I was heading down to the front lobby, the hotel staff threatened to escort her out by security because she was in the lobby without supervision and was not 21. She started to panic. Thankfully, I was right there and witnessed the staff cancel the security call. The lady proceeded to lecture me about a teen being in the hotel lobby, pointing to posted plaques that stated that one cannot be on the gaming floor if under 21. She had no concerns that she was about to let said teenager be escorted off the property w/o anyone's supervision. My daughter was not on the gaming floor or anywhere close to it. In addition, we all could see multiple teens buying food and souvenirs in the food court and the lobby. This was very traumatizing for no reason at all. As the keys continued to malfunction, we finally requested several additional ones, anticipating the malfunction. In addition, when we arrived, we needed a luggage cart. We were told that only bellhop can bring it to our room. When he did, I explained that I was not able to give him a cash tip. His facial expression and attitude changed to nearly threatening. Thankfully, he was always in the hallway, and people were walking there nearly constantly. I was relieved to close the door when he left.

Room clean; need to let attendant ahead of time when u want your room clean. Staff very helpful especially with directions. Great location

Great place to stay! Would stay again!

Stayed here with my family for a night. The hotel was fine. Not particularly clean and somewhat run down.

This was my 4th trip to this property since August 2025. I booked a Mountain View room, but when I checked in the front desk staff member told me that the room I reserved wasn’t cleaned yet (I didn’t arrive at the hotel until 9:00, as my flight was late arriving in LV). He wanted to change my room to Valley View. I again said that I booked Mountain View. He said that Mountain Tower didn’t guarantee a Mountain View, then proceeded to charge me an additional fee for Valley Tower “with a view”. This was the worst view I have had in all 4 stays. This was my son’s first trip to LV and I specifically wanted a view of the strip that I had on 2 of my trips and so mentioned this at check in. We ended up with a view of the Mountain Tower and the side of the Hard Rock hotel being built, not a view of the strip and for an additional charge.

😘

Incredible stay staff was awesome

They charge resort fee but they close their pool at 5PM in summer time
