We very happy with our service and It’s a beautiful hotel in OSAKA, right in the center of Osaka

Absolutely excellent property for our stay, very roomy and spacious with our 2 children, very central to everything we had planned. Room was above our expectations of cleanliness. Would 100% stay again on our next trip to Osaka. Well done!

Clean room and laundry

This was our second time staying at the Osaka Excel Hotel and it was just as pleasant as the first time we stayed. The hotel is conveniently located less than 5 minutes from the Hommachi Station and only a 15 minute walk to Dotonbori. This trip included a wheelchair user and the staff was very helpful in accommodating our needs.

Great hotel, just outside of the main busy area Dohtonbori. Room was relatively large and breakfast was outstanding

Very nice elegant hotel super close to main tourist spot, restaurants and shopping. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend to stay here. The views from lobby and lobby restrooms are breathtaking.,

We originally had reservations for a different hotel. I am so glad that didn’t work out and we ended up at the Osaka Excel!! The room had so many small additives that I loved!! The location was central to the places we wanted to visit, a quick walk or short distance to the train station!

The Osaka Excel Hotel Tokyu was very clean, beautifully decorated, and customer oriented. The ambiance was welcoming and the staff helpful in every way. The breakfast buffet included fresh fruit, cereals, smoothies, French toast and traditional Japanese food. It was fantastic! The only issue we had was a wifi connection but that was easily solved with an additional router. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Best hotel in Osaka!

Almost unusable WiFi. Expensive laundry.
