The location is excellent, in close proximity to shopping centers, restaurants, and train stations. Would stay here again.

Went as a family trip. We were a total of 5 people and the eoom was comfortable to fit all of us. Very spacious and beds were comfortable. Everything was walking distance. Staff was very hospitable and super sweet.

Staff support was greatly appreciated. They were able to assist with and resolve my inquiries. They were efficient in helping with other matters and were very accommodating.

The room was clean, the staff was fantastic. Breakfast was great. And being able to do laundry was a blessing.

its clean & delicious breakfast, definitely will stay again

The hotel was in walking distance to the subway and to all the tourists sites but was still very quiet. The staff was very helpful and amazing when asking for places to eat, best routes to various destinations and most of all they were very friendly. The room it self was very clean and tidy. If you are doing the breakfast included piece it was excellent as there is a little but of Japanese breakfast cuisine and North American. I would highly recommend doing the breakfast included piece as they do have an option for grab and go which they provide you with a paper bag and you can take whole fruit, pastries, bread and a drink. When I come back to Osaka I will certainly stay here again. Thank you Holiday Inn Express Osaka City Center for making my time here special.

Breakfast could be better to be honest, but other than that good stay.
