Professional staffs, English friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at the M Gallery Hotel. The location is incredibly central and convenient, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were kind, sweet, and attentive throughout our stay, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious with plenty of options to choose from. Our room was gorgeous, comfortable, and well-maintained. The only minor issue we experienced was a brief smell of smoke coming into our room. Since this is a non-smoking hotel, we believe another guest may have broken the rules. We informed the staff, and they responded immediately by offering to move us to a different room and investigating the situation right away. Their prompt and caring response showed how committed they are to ensuring guests have an exceptional experience. Even when faced with an inconvenience, they went above and beyond to make things right. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend M Gallery Hotel to anyone visiting the area.

A Magical Stay — Pure Elegance and Exceptional Heart From the moment we arrived, the Hôtel des Arts Saigon MGallery made us feel truly special. We were celebrating our 27th wedding anniversary and the team surprised us with a beautiful plate of sweets, a m card, flowers, and rose petals on the bed. These are the details that transform a hotel stay into a memory for life. The service was extraordinary at every level — the doorman who welcomed us, the staff member who checked us into our room, and the concierge team were all warm, attentive, and genuinely gracious. The kind of people you want to take home with you. We used the spa, the café, Saigon Kitchen, and The Albion restaurant on the 23rd floor — all exceptional. The Albion alone is worth a special visit, with stunning skyline views and outstanding cuisine. This hotel has two great strengths: the building itself — the Art Déco Indochine design, the elegance, the details — and its people. Both are world class. If I return to Ho Chi Minh City — and I will — there is no question where I will stay.

The room was absolutely beautiful - so much natural light. I loved the front door staff, I can’t remember one of the gentleman’s names but he had really cool glasses. The front desk ladies were very kind as well as were the gentleman upstairs on the roof. I loved Hug and Vy in the restaurant Albion. She really was exceptional. Would def come back!

Hôtel des Arts Saigon sets a high bar for boutique luxury. While the decor is stunning, it is the staff that truly makes the experience. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive poolside service, I felt genuinely looked after.

Centrally located. Great custom service. Beautiful property. Would stay here again. The party at the rooftop pool was so much fun!

The whole hotel is beautiful- the rooms amazing and the breakfast buffet was top notch. Amazing experience. The rooftop bar in the evenings is a bit weird and not my scene but could be fun for others.
