This place was amazing! We had such a good time while staying here! Would definitely go back!

Location - Good Food - Fair Drinks Menu - Fair Roof top pool - Amazing Rooms - Good size & Clean Staff - Lovely Only issue, Management refused to exchange AUD to VND, Only wanted USD. Nowhere near by to exchange .

My stay at La Vela Saigon Hotel has been exceptional from start to finish. What truly set this experience apart was the outstanding service from Concierge Captain Dash and his team. I encountered a few complex logistical challenges during my trip—well beyond the typical scope of hotel assistance—and Dash handled everything with remarkable professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care. He and his team consistently went above and beyond, turning what could have been stressful situations into seamless solutions. Beyond the concierge, the entire hotel staff has been warm, attentive, and consistently excellent. The team at the pool delivers an elevated experience with great energy and attention to detail, making it a highlight of the property. The food quality across the restaurants is superb, and the spa services are equally impressive—every interaction reflects a high standard of hospitality. It’s rare to find a hotel where every department operates at such a consistently high level, but La Vela Saigon delivers. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City, and I’m especially grateful to Dash and his team for making my stay truly memorable.

The pool is fantastic. The restaurants are solid. Spa is very good.

I stayed at La Vela Saigon Hotel for 3 nights. My first impression was good. The lobby is clean and bright. The reception staff is friendly and efficient. The welcome drink and the hotel’s location, with many restaurants and cafés nearby, were definite highlights. Unfortunately, the rooms were my biggest disappointment. I booked 2 rooms with balcony. Both rooms and balconies were much smaller than I expected, and they were not cleaned . The hallway to the rooms was also very hot. When I entered the rooms, they were hot and had musty smell. The rooms did not seem properly prepared for arriving guests. The room phones were not working. After contacted the front desk from my cell phone , I had to wait over an hour and call them again to get someone came to fix the issues. Even after three nights, the musty smell never completely disappeared. The hotel breakfast buffet offered many choices, but the quality was average. The best features of this hotel are the lobby and the infinity pool. Overall, my experience was average, and the hotel doesn’t meet its five stars level. I hope the hotel improves its room preparation and maintenance in the future.
