location of hotel was great, but elevator was said under repair (for how long I dont know), but I had to climb up and down 7 floors my entire stay of 3 days. No help with suitcase to carry up or down.. they did check me in early which was good. Room was not a 'regular' room and felt like an attic..not great experience

This place is not clean. The only plus was the guy who gave you new towels and removed the garbage from the room. The carpets in the halls has strains all over the room walls were dirty. There are no amenities. No refrigerator no coffee no tea. Only Wi-Fi. I will only recommend to people who want a list minute stay

Room floor and bed were dirty. No elevator, we had to carry luggage up and down 4 flights of stairs. No free or cheap parking(had to pay $100 a day for parking).Smelled weird.

I know Amsterdam can be expensive but £440 for two nights stay is too much for what the hotel offers. Bedding was smelling bad and there was a little cabinet light in my room that couldn't be switched off. The guy in reception did try to help checking it for me, but it stayed on all night long. Locationwise is perfect.

Centrally located. A bit old and dated (carpets need cleaning) but hard to beat the value due to its location

Great location, but can be noisy at night if you’re facing the street. Rooms were a good size, but very run down and need of repairs. The toilet and toilet brush were filthy, and we didn’t have housekeeping on one of our days. Staff were very helpful. If you’re looking for cheap, and good location would probably still recommend

Ali at the desk was an absolute delight to deal with. Helped us with many things and was always up for a laugh!

Not worth the amount. Place is run down

The room was small (couldn't open bathroom door fully, it hit the bed.) But the AC was ice cold and just what was needed in the heatwave. Staff was very helpful and friendly. No fridge in room, but there is a community fridge by the front desk to put things in. Elevator was working, location was pretty nice and central for us. No parking on site but a parking garage across the street for 90 euro per day, or a valet service through a separate company for 45 euro per day if they have availability.

The room was not clean. Piles of dust everywhere. The bed was the worst I’ve ever slept on - a massive dent from hundreds of other bodies having slept there in the past. My back is sore the next day. There was also a light that did not have a switch so I could not turn off, so it stayed on all night. Hotel is cheap for a reason, and I regret my stay here. Do not recommend.
