Great room and bath, I particularly loved the shower! Beautiful room floors and wonderful bed and bedding. Great restaurant and wonderful food to accommodate my tastes and some easy Thai dishes that were just lovely. Naturally the staff was amazing! All of them were so friendly and remembered everything about me and my activities, room number and what I liked to eat for breakfast. It was so lovely to see their faces every morning for breakfast. Even the groundskeepers and other non hospitality staff were extremely friendly and kind. The pool was so cool! I was traveling with my friend’s family and the kids loved the dive platform and slide. I liked the slide very much myself. It was just beautiful and so inviting and refreshing around the pool area but I didn’t really partake in the bar but my friend’s family drank and ate and it looked delicious. Now for the serious part that I feel needs mentioning is the steep switchback paths leading to the upper rooms and the stairs leading down to the main resort areas. Mostly a lack of proper description in the listing on the Expedia app/web site. Also for a person or persons like me with physical mobility issues, the rooms on the upper levels are just dangerous to traverse and having had a better description of the property I would have made sure to book a room closer to elevators. The stairs and bridge to the building with the elevator were to steep and to dark at night. Loved the place and will be back!

The resort is very beautiful relaxing and the scenery looks like something out of a movie.

Lovely clean room with a fantastic view they had upgraded us to a deluxe premium room when we got there we were over the moon . The staff were amazing snd so friendly not far from beach or amenities either just be aware there is a lot of steps as on side of hill but there are 2 lifts. Breakfast had plenty of choice which we filled up on to last till teatime .

5 stars across the board. SunSuri Resort exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff was incredibly polite, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our entire stay. The property is very clean, the pool area is beautiful, and the food was amazing. The daily breakfast spread was hands down the best we’ve ever had — huge variety and everything was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend SunSuri if you’re staying in Phuket.

Childcare was excellent, attentive staff that seemed to like what they were doing. Nothing in the minibar.

Excellent hotel, nice staff, very helpful when my partner got sick with extending late checkout! Hotel driver provided by the hotel was extremely dangerous in the traffic speeding 100% over limits (was 50-60 but he was over 120km)

Great room, excellent bathroom and shower. Clean. There are a few steps about but no issue in my eyes
