Extremely dark rooms.Staff can be helpful and next day completely ignore your requests multiple times in a row. Rooms aren't new and you can easily see that. Mould in the shower seals, dirty toilet, hair here and there. They aren't good at cleaning. Breakfasts were pretty good, but the amount of flies that is inside the breakfast diner is crazy, you literally cannot leave your food unattended for over 10 seconds. Pools are great, although some differ in temperature a lot, and due to the buildings structure you always feel like you being watched by people surrounding you. It's not an issue in rainy season though. Overall 2,5/5, definitely not a 5 star hotel and a 2 star staff experience.

Beautiful pools Very clean and very tastefully decorated hotel

Everything about this hotel was perfect, the location was amazing close to the beach and some local shopping (7-11, mini Marts..) the staff was amazing and so was the food and drinks!

Incredible hotel. Incredible staff. The only down side was when lounging by the pool they would not allow outside food or drink, including water. I thought it was a bit naughty of the hotel to hold you ransom to buying their overpriced water, especially in 36c heat.

The hotel layout was odd and looked much better in photos. Rooms surround the pool (as you can see in pics), so unless the sun is directly overhead, you’re in shade most of the time. Something to keep in mind if you’re after proper sun. The biggest downside was the constant battle for sunbeds, which made it feel like a budget European hotel. There were chairs around the pool, but they weren’t really usable for relaxing. The beach is a 5–10 minute walk, but not great, so we only went a couple of times. It just wasnt nice and the sun beds were old and nasty. My main issue was how they handled our booking when our Dubai flight was cancelled due to the Iran conflict. Despite the situation being completely out of our control, they refused to accommodate us properly. They offered to change dates, but only by downgrading our room and charging us MORE. No flexibility, no effort to help. It came across as very money-driven and left a bad impression. We totally appreciate the need for refund policies. But I think to have asked for more money for a downgrade was insulting. We stayed there for the few nights we had left of our booking and left. We went to another hotel in Kamala and had an amazing time. Kamala was lovely. Shout out to Ayara Kamala where we stayed the rest of our trip.

Clean rooms, location was a bit far from what we wanted, but had a friendly concierge staff. The breakfast options were good and healthy options.

My room was clean and spacious, the hotel is welll maintained just a little tired in a few places. Overall had a really pleasant stay. Location is great for the beach and town. Only downside is the pool is very noisy with a daily DJ which made my room quite noisy as it was pool view. Opt for a Mountain View and go to the beach if you’re after a more sedate experience

Had an awesome week over Christmas. Great location if you’re looking for the quieter side of Phuket.

Room was lovely and quiet. Our view was of the gym and a car park so wasn't great. But we loved how quiet it was so weren't that bothered. Breakfast was nice. Room was spotless.
