Great location next to train station and centrally located. Walkable distance to most places. Check-in lobby was kind of hidden but staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everything was good about the hotel except if you are using the train station earlier than a certain time, you cannot go through the entrance of the hotel from the inside (where there is a working elevator to take you up to the next level. Instead you have to go through the square and down and up stairs (we had several pieces of luggage) and the only elevator to get up the stairs near the train station was out of order). It is not easy with even rolling bags to maneuver with uneven stones. Otherwise, the hotel was great for location and was clean and comfortable. Staff was nice as well.

I was suffering from a back injury and the staff treated me very well. I was able to upgrade to a suite and my luggage delivered to the room and taken down at the end of my stay. The front desk recommended an apotek and called for a taxi when I left. The service was far above the standard for such an economical hotel!

Reception staff always helpful & polite-with good humor as well.
Very convenient location for everything.
Decor was interesting-a bit gothic functional+caricature motifs in the rooms.

Great location beside the Central Station. Good breakfast. Quiet.
Breakfast ends early at 9.30 but in the last hour it gets very congested, needing for us to camp in the closed Italian restaurant on the station concourse. Your room tv advises it’s easiest to breakfast 6-7am!
No room cleaning until day 5 of stay(saving the planet apparently) decor overall is gloomy industrial designer. Lots of grey and weird murals. Slight youth hostel feel and not particularly cheap - twice the price of the same chain at the airport, which was much nicer.
