Place is clean and hospitatable

This hotel is well located, a short walk from the Royal Palace and there is a tram stop very close by. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, providing a map and pointing out local attractions. You need to request if you would like your room cleaning. The breakfast was varied and plenty of choice replenished regularly. No air conditioning at this hotel which normally wouldn’t be a problem. We visited during a heat way but a fan was provided in the room. We had to shut our windows at night due to tram/train noise. The bathroom is a wet room but very effective. Beds very comfortable and the fridge was a great addition with ice available on the floor by the lifts.

Breakfast was amazing!

Excellent choice for the price range. Room was clean and spacious, staff were always excellent. Good breakfast buffet too. Superb location, about a 7 minute walk from Nationaltheatret station, about 15 minutes walk to Aker Brygge. Limited televion/cable options if that is important to you. Shower had really good water pressure. I would gladly stay here again Solid option.

The room was noisy, some kind of humming all night and a cistern draining. Bring ear plugs.

Incredible breakfast! Delightful, approachable staff! Entirely worth staying there in spite of (navigable) distance from the most popular sites. Definitely would return to this high value, super clean hotel. (Our only complaint would be their super skimpy duvets not appropriately sized for their beds. Not sure what they’re thinking; no way to cover one’s full body length if you’re over 4’6”!!)

The hotel was well maintained and the staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious.

We had a fab experience during our 3 night stay in non smoking ensuite for 4, breakfast selection was superb, staff very nice and polite. Only one minor downside that maybe needs attention was the sofa bed that was converted into double bed-the metal on the side was out and very dangerous, hope this will be looked into

Good location, very clean, great breakfast. Quite a bit of noise from the trams out the front is the biggest problem, otherwise a very nice hotel
