Room was nice and tidy, bit of mold around windows as they don't open

Pro: Great location. Great value. Huge windows in my small room. Exceedingly kind and helpful staff. Con: Old/dated. Wifi login is a hassle. Windows don't open. Elevator has mind of its own sometimes. Guests don't clear the dryer lint trap after use, so it gets clogged and messy. Worked for me. Likely will work for all those who are not too precious.

Reception staff amazing, very helpful, went the extra mile to help us. Beds comfortable and clean. Parking definitely a bonus. Location handy for theatres, casino, and waterfront. I am happy to Reccomend

Clean room, breakfast had a good offering, staff friendly. Room had kitchen and I used it. Need to slightly update rooms and make cleaner repairs. Bathroom had a few holes in tile and the grout around the drain was sloppy repaired. But, overall it was a nice stay.

The staff is very kind. Breakfast is a really good offer. My room had a kitchen which allowed me to cook in it. I rented a car and paid to park securely on site. I would advise to repair holes and better repairs versus leaving holes and bad grout repairs in bathroom.

Finding the property wasn’t easy due to unclear signage about where to park for check-in, and it would have been helpful to know in advance that a bond is required when using a debit card. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom in my mother’s room was well set up for her mobility needs, which we really appreciated. However, only one key card per room was provided, and since the rooms were on different levels and the card controlled the power, this made it inconvenient when I needed to go between rooms to assist her. Overall, a good stay with some areas that could be improved.
