The property represents good value for money. It’s a well located apartment block and is functional in terms of microwave/ dishwasher/ laundry facilities.
I would put it at the higher end of 3 stars.
I guess the bigger question is would I stay here again? Yes I would but for one or two nights maximum.
The shower area needs some refurbishing and I know the carpeted area by the TV needs a deep clean - that’s not to say it’s bad but an area for the housekeeping staff to focus on - alongside management allowing extra time for that to happen.
Previous reviews have mentioned lack of hot water particularly in the morning- that was not the case when I visited.

とても良い There were no teatowels or wine glasses. Otherwise the appliances were adequate.

Kitchen partially stocked with equipment. Room very tired. Cleanliness below my standard, shower, walls, floor sticky, carpet tatty, window latches broken.
Linen clean, views great, quiet enough.
