Very little parking but the staff, cleanliness and amenities were wonderful!

Room linens had a stale cigarette smell… but they were clean.. bathroom was good.. breakfast was good.. but couldn’t get coffee / tea after a certain time in the lobby… couldn’t access tv too well..

Good location and a nice hotel if you are travelling to Berlin. Nothing fancy but everything you need is there.

Nous avons passer un excellent séjour, tout particulièrement avec Félix a la réception qui parlais Français, bien situer tous près de l'entrée du métro Klosterstr. sur la ligne U2 qui nous permet d'accéder directement et facilement au endroits les plus populaires. Très bon déjeuner propre et en quantité également restaurant ouvert pour le souper Nous le recommandons fortement.

This hotel is nicely within walking distance to the Gate, the Reichstag, the Wall. The staff here were absolutely excellent and so helpful with any questions or directions. I had to have medication stored and they easily accommodated me. My only complaint is that the air conditioning is virtually non existent so it was very hot sleeping and the bed was too hard for my liking. They provide a wonderful breakfast with a very nice variety of food and drinks to meet everyone’s needs. I would stay there again if we ever returned to Berlin

Les employés sont très sympathiques et accueillant. La chambre est très propre. Déjeuner varié et très bon.

Buen hotel , cuartos pequeños pero bueno.

Frühstück war wunderbar, very walkable, clean and staff were helpful. Parking on site very limited.

It was perfect! The beds were comfortable, and the staff are wonderful!
