La Beaute was a wonderful hotel to stay at!! Right in the heart of Old Quarter with daily breakfast and fresh juices, without being loud at all since it’s tucked away in an alley. Dan the front desk guy was very helpful and entertaining! Highly recommend!

Hôtel très bien situé dans une petite ruelle. Non accessible avec voiture. Très bon déjeuner. Chambre Deluxe avec balcon, très bien. Près du lac a 5 minutes a pied. Le personnel très courtois et Coopératif. Je recommande cet endroit.

Hotel was in a very central area of the old quarter, however it was tucked away up a very narrow lane only accessible by foot . The room was very dated and the view was a brick wall . Not much available at breakfast if you are vegetarian . Having to walk to a different hotel for a massage was very inconvient and wasn’t relayed at time of booking .

Excellent location surrounded be restaurants, shops and coffee shops. Five minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake.

After the initial challenge of finding the place we were really happy to be tucked down a little alley a little away from the chaos. Breakfast was really good! My Lee was so incredibly helpful setting up our transport and trip to Ha Long Bay and anything else we needed. Thank you!

Hotel is down a lane way, where no cars can access only motorcycles and bikes. Family suite is large and balcony opens over the lane way. The room was tidy but not entirely clean (ex: crumbs were found on the stained ottoman). Elderly guest or people with limited mobility should avoid this room type because the shower is over a high bath tub. Breakfast is limited but sufficient and changes daily. Including Pho (beef or chicken) & Pancakes on the specials board. Reception staff are friendly. They can also assist with currency exchange, and willing to match rates if you ask nicely. Sometimes there is a funky smell in the hall way and one time a guest left garbage in the hallway, that wasn't cleared until the next day.

I had a pleasant stay here ! Staff were very helpful and friendly and the place was clean and comfortable. I would happily stay here again.

Centrally located down a small alley that can be hard to find. The front desk staff are great but the room cleaning was poor. The hotel is in an old building and it can get very noisy if someone above you is using the bathroom.
