The hotel has a great location and a very nice lounge. It also has a laundry room, which is very convenient. Unfortunately, I accidentally booked a smoking room while traveling with my child. I went to the reception three times to ask if it was possible to change to a non-smoking room, but the staff were not willing to change to a non-smoking room. What annoyed me the most was the breakfast. You can no longer order after 9:30 a.m., which is very early. If you arrive around 9:00 a.m., you have to rush to get your food before breakfast closes. I think the breakfast hours should be extended a bit later.

Great central place to stay, with wonderful amenities and guest lounge. Easy to walk to many things to do and see.

Place is in a very convenient location. Even though it’s central , the place is cozy once I side. Amenities are awesome - custome lounge , laundry lounge , baggage storage. The room and its amenities , top notch - pjs , toiletries , free h2o upon clean up. Overall great , will book again.

So it seems this hotel has really gone down hill. Stayed here previously and the rooms were OK.. It may have just been this particular room but it was pretty shabby and very dated looking. In terms of location it's great, not far from the famous running man sign and lots of shops.. If you can get past the grubbiness then stay here. This was the garden deluxe triple room, access to a small balcony where you can see the water fountain, no other view apart from that so also pretty dismal. Can't really recommend this hotel, checked out as soon as we arrived and went to the Centara Grand, 100 times better.

Location was great, only steps away from Dotonbori and the market. Staff was great, quick to help and guide us. The rooms were a bit small for us which made it a bit of a challenge with luggage. Their lounge was a good place to unwind and have a little something before bed. We had breakfast there once; it was good but I feel it was a bit overpriced. Their laundry room was awesome and super helpful for those on extended stays.

Right in the center of Osaka shopping district, we loved

We had a wonderful stay at the Namba Oriental Hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. Our room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We especially appreciated having a kitchenette with a refrigerator and freezer, which made our stay even more convenient. The self laundry facilities were a huge bonus for our long trip. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower had excellent water pressure, making it a great place to relax after a long day out sightseeing and shopping. Overall, the hotel offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and we would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Osaka.

Good laundry service on site. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast! Wonderful place for a family or solo traveler. Good location in Osaka. Will definitely stay there again my next trip to Japan.

Amazing experience from this hotel. Rooms were very clean and amenities were incredible!
