最高 Incredible stay for 5 nights in the Crocodile suite. This was a trip for our 10th wedding anniversary as well as my husbands birthday and the hotel staff made us feel so special. Nothing was too much to ask, every aspect of your needs is already thought of and the building, staff and amenities are better than 5*!
We had breakfast by the pool every day as well as dinner at the restaurant twice and each time the food was out of this world, with perfect recommendations being provided by the waiters too.
Shukran to all of the staff and we will see you again!

A true haven of peace in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the medina. The staff is exceedingly friendly and effective, working together like a tight-knit family. The spa and spa services are excellent. The room and the common areas were amazing and full of details. The area around the hotel (Casbah) has lots of convenient shops and services. It is located a short walk from everything you'd want to see in Marrakech.

For the price, the service should be top tier. Found myself reminding them to restock the water, etc. Slow response on behalf of the butlers when using the hotel phone to text them. Hotel is stunning, restaurants are top tier. Friendly and courteous staff, very helpful.

The hotel itself is absolutely stunning . The bellhop service is a fun experience. However , while the service isn’t bad , it needs some improvement.
