Great stay, comfortable bed and very quiet. Just a short walk to bustling Orchard road. Breakfast was good, just the essentials to get you started for the day.

Overall it was a very good stay, comfortable with all the amenities, quiet aircon and a strong shower. Location was good, 5 min walk to Paragon Shopping Centre. The staff, from reception, server and doorman were helpful and friendly. The only area of improvement is the dining for lunch or dinner whereby the menu, already very small had half of the items out of stock. However whatever we manage to get were quite tasty.

Everything is as smooth as a silk, from check-in to check-out! The in-between which was my stay is superb. Room is clean and cozy; spacious toilet and bath. Am particular with bed and pillows and I must say this hotel has what I want. If one has to work, there is a cute working table. If you just want to relax, there is a cute chair and a foot pedestal.
Although it's in Orchard, I'd say it was peaceful and calm. Most of all, lots of choices in terms of food as there are a lot of malls in the neighborhood.
The practical person I am, I appreciate the gym and the laundry services. There is a flat iron and ironing board in the room.
Breakfast was simple but sufficient for me.
Staff from reception to room cleaners are courtoeus and very helpful.
Overall, excellent hotel for travellers.

The Security guy at the front was so helpful and friendly, he was delightful. Great central location and 2 mins to the shopping Mall. We highly recommend this hotel and will be back
