Stayed with a family of 4 in a panorama club room. Paid for an extra rollaway bed for one child and the other child stayed in a pull-out single bed in the room. Room was spacious with lots of space for luggage and a big bathroom with 2 sinks and separate bathtub, shower room, and toilet room.
Buffet breakfast and roof pool are top notch. Loved how quiet the rooms were - never heard our neighbours and got great sleep with the black-out blinds!
Very convenient location with the MRT and 24/7 Don Don Donki in the shopping centre downstairs.

This hotel is in a great, central location with easy access to the MRT just below. Being on Orchard Road means that there are malls and restaurants all around. We were on the 20th floor with an amazing view of the city and across to Marina Bay Sands. The rooftop pool is great and perfect for cooling off on a hot day.

最高 Lovely hotel in the heart of the shopping district of Orchard Road. The hotel has a great swimming pool and bar on the 19th floor. We upgraded to club access. The club was great and the hotel allowed us to use the club after check-out until we had to go to the airport.

Fantastic location with so many shops and other facilities nearby. Convenient access to the MRT and the 123 bus to Sentosa. And the rooftop pool has an amazing view of the city.

Quiet, spacious room with closet and drawer space and all the amenities on the eighteenth floor of the hotel situated on top of the Orchard Gateway shopping center. Lovely pool with terrific views on the nineteenth floor.

Jenns was a perfect location for our stay in Singapore. The room was plenty large enough for our family of 3, beds were comfortable and the service was as it should be. The check in noted that it was my husbands birthday, so on the day they delivered an assortment of goodies and left a birthday wish in the room. A very nice added touch to our stay. We also used the pool and gym, both were very nice, spacious and well kept.
