Staff

All the hotel staff was beyond amazing, friendly and helpful. Especially Amir at the front desk. The breakfast was well worth the money. The hotel was spotless, smelled wonderful and it was a prime location. I would recommend to stay here to anyone.

Overall, we had a good stay at Hotel Milu. The location is excellent and made it very easy to explore Florence on foot. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit, which we appreciated. That said, there were a few areas where the hotel did not quite meet our expectations, especially considering the price point and four-star rating. The room was not as clean as we expected upon arrival, and the child bed we had requested was not set up and ready when we checked in. While these issues were eventually addressed, it would have been nice to have everything prepared in advance. For the price charged, we expected a higher level of attention to detail and room readiness. The hotel has many strengths, particularly its location and staff, but there is room for improvement in housekeeping and preparation for arriving guests. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but we believe the value for money could be better.

This is a lovely boutique hotel in an amazing location. Steps from everything but on a nice street. We had the room with a terrace which made it very special. The breakfast was lovely with friendly staff. Just check the size of the room you choose as ours was small. Very comfortable bed and great shower! All in all, a welcoming hotel in a great location.
