Clean room and shop nearby

Convenient but not too busy location. Room big. Will stay here again if I visit Florence in the future

The hotel was clean and modern feeling, but the main part was that it’s hard to sleep in there because the air conditioner barely works, and the mattress is hard as a rock and the pillows are square pieces of foam instead of regular pillows all they have to do is fix the beds and fix AC and this is a cool place.

We enjoyed our stay in Florence overall, especially because of the hotel’s amazing location and the size of the suite. The suite was incredibly spacious and could have comfortably fit far more than just the two of us. One of the standout features was definitely the shower. It heated up quickly and had multiple shower heads, which made it feel extra luxurious after long days exploring the city. That being said, there were a few downsides that kept this from being a 5 star stay. Before we even checked in, we received multiple requests to pay the city tax, which felt a bit excessive. The room also had a musty smell throughout our stay. Even after leaving the windows open for several hours, the smell would return every time we came back to the room. The suite itself could also use some updating. A few smaller inconveniences were that water came with an extra charge, and we had to specifically request coffee pods since only the instant coffee was routinely restocked. Because the hotel is in such a central location, street noise lasted late into the night, so definitely bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Overall, the location and spacious suite made for a good stay, but a few improvements could make the experience much better.

Great staff, well maintained

Super cute room with nice amenities. Very quiet and hotel staff was incredibly kind. Location was great so convenient to walk to so many things.

We loved how much breathing room we had in our suite! Having coffee and tea right in the room was such a nice touch, and the modern rainfall shower felt like a total luxury. The team here is wonderful—they even looked after our bags after we checked out so we didn't have to lug them around
