とても良い Room was clean, staff were polite and extremely helpful. We had a minor issue with the sink upon arrival. However, that was fixed promptly.

とても良い The staff were very helpful and changed our room to a disabled access room , my only complaint was the shower seat needed deep cleaning but we didn’t require it .

Hotel is lovely and clean the beds are so comfy and cosy had best nights sleeps Having the a/c was great. Staff were very friendly. The only downside I felt was the having to order at the table for food and drink for evening meal . It’s a faff much prefer service at the table . Will eat out next time .
Breakfast was lovely buffet style but only scrambled eggs on offer which was downside for us .
Will definitely stay again . Ideal location too

Lovely hotel. Well situated. The staff are amazing and so helpful. The beds were super comfy. Only let down was the food. Fish and chips tasteless and everything else covered in chillies. Upside was we did mention this and was immediately refunded half the cost of our meal. Special mention to the bar manager. He was extremely polite and helpful. Would definitely stay again, but would eat out.
