The Hotel was wonderful, great staff, excellent beds and large room. Close to rmen ally and other sites. Would definitely stay here again.

Abit further out from the bustling shopping street. Needed to walk about 15 to 20 mins to reach the nearest train station. But right next to the river, great for morning walks.

Large clean comfortable property, excellent breakfasts. A moderate walk to local restaurants but a very handy scheduled free shuttle bus to central station.

Breakfast was great, excellent hotel, just wish the AC was a little more powerful or the window opened a bit more.

We had the absolute best stay in Sapporo thanks to this hotel! The staff was amazing, English friendly, very accommodating, many perks as staying as a hotel guest like having their DELICIOUS breakfast! Their gym was beautiful and very clean, had everything I needed. My husband and I appreciated the lounge and the kind staff that worked there as well. They had underground parking for our rental and paid a fee nightly which was not too bad. We absolutely adored Sapporo, we loved THIS hotel, we will DEFINITELY be staying here again! Thank you!

We had a truly memorable stay at Premier Hotel Tsubaki Sapporo, and I can’t thank the staff enough for their exceptional care and hospitality. During our trip, my mother-in-law unfortunately had a fall in Sapporo and injured her knee, which meant they needed to extend their stay unexpectedly. The hotel team went above and beyond to support them during this difficult time. They kindly provided a wheelchair and offered thoughtful assistance, while also supporting my father-in-law who was caring for her. It was a stressful situation for our family, but the staff showed genuine compassion, patience, and professionalism throughout. Knowing my parents-in-law were in such good hands gave us great peace of mind when we had to leave. The breakfast was also a highlight of our stay. There was a fantastic spread of Japanese, Western, and other Asian cuisine, and the variety meant that enjoying breakfast each day never felt repetitive. This experience truly reflects the best of Japanese hospitality. We are incredibly grateful to the entire team and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapporo. We would absolutely stay here again.

The free lounge bar was awesome. We enjoyed a few glasses of complimentary Hokkaido Classic beer there. The room was clean and spacious enough to open our suitcases comfortably. There was also a sauna and a public bath, which I really enjoyed.

Everything was great. Very nice hotel

Hotel was ok, dated. Too far from station. Their air conditioning is central so can’t be adjusted, room very hot. Breakfast was great.
