Clean room, nice staff, the hotel will be closed on 2/2027 for a total renovation since it’s built in 60s.

Location is wonderful, such a beautiful building. The rooms are a bit outdated but comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The proximity to the park is what makes this place so special, truly one of the best central city parks I’ve seen. Sad to see that it Will be closing next year.

Good location. Excited for the new building

Almost all the items (except for soups and coffee) in the breakfast menu were dead-cold. Also, there's no variation in the breakfast items. Everyday, exactly the same items kept in exact same spot. Welcome to Japan's consistency. There's no safe deposit box in the room. And as observed and fed back in January 2023, the rooms still don't have "Scan To Enter" mechanism. You must use the very heavy, very third-world metal key to manually open the room. Who does that in the 21st century? Everything else about the hotel is good. The location is amazing. It's only 3 stops away from Sapporo station. This hotel is just 2 minutes away from the Nakajimakoen station. Very convenient. This hotel is recommended, despite cold and mundane breakfast items, lack of safe deposit box in the room, and third-world heavy metal keys.

Coffee pods restricted to purchase at front desk though 9 day resident, carpet worn to wood in hallway of room, personal contents rifled each room clean; (surprise-no pool), went to view city from top floor, NO, you can't, denied. I believe hotel owned by Chinese (as most leisure hotels in area) and internet security super questionable, my poor choice, sewage smell in room 8th floor, old hotel in decent neighborhood.

Everything was great and convenient close to Ice Festival. Very beautiful park right next door

Renovated old hotel. Sizable comfortable rooms. Tidy but there was still hair in the bathtub. However, staff quickly changed the room for me. No amenities such as pool, hot tub or gym

Friendly staff very clean

Room was clean. Old decor, carpets, and bathroom reflects age of the hotel. No gym. Only a paid TV looks like system from 90s or 80s. Otherwise service and staff were good. The best part about is the location next to the subway station and the park.
