最高 Excellent location, cleanliness, and service. Plus, it's close to a supermarket, city center, and tourist attractions. It was a very complete place, but I felt right at home. I highly recommend it.

最高 The hotel was great, staff was friendly and helpful. Location was nice, convenient to CBD. It was clean and the room/apartment was a good size for two. Kitchen was stocked, utensils, pots and pans, washer, dryer. Overall a great experience.

staff was a bit rude when i asked for extra towels. shower leaks quite a bit. beds were comfy and we got a free bottle of wine. room was a little dirty

The front desk was attentive when I asked for the kettle to be changed out. It was very useful to have access to laundry facilities for free if you do not have them in your room, you just need your own detergent or can ask staff to provide (not sure if they ask for a fee for that).
Staff were friendly and I loved the room. The breakfast was fine, but perhaps could do with more variety as the days I went there it was the same each time. Maybe a buffet dinner as an option for one free meal each day could be an option as an alternative to free breakfast.

Very impressed with the apartment. Quiet location, easy walk to Britomart and Viaduxt. Handy carpark. Excellent locattif attending anything at Spark arena. Minor negate was no dishwashing liquid to wash individual dishes, only dishwasher.
