The Heritage is a good option for a basic lower cost hotel. The room had sufficient amenities although had a musty smell. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. We didn't use the pool and spa so cant comment on this.

Surprised by the art decor design , the high ceilings and large windows. Amazing harbour view. The pool and sauna on the rooftop jacuzzi were great to have but just wished that I knew beforehand about the hot jacuzzi at night since we spent only one night. A great surprise overall!

We had a wonderful stay here last weekend, the hotel staff ( Sandra ) and others were so welcoming and friendly. The hotel was great , we stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and loved it . Perfect weekend. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious clean room. Loved having access to two pools, spas, two gyms and a sauna! She’s a historic hotel, but has been well maintained. The staff were incredibly helpful.

Staff were amazing, so kind and helpful. Bathroom in the older rooms that have not been updated yet were mouldy and left a lot to be desired in regard to the cleaning.
Rooms needed a really good clean, dust everywhere, particularly on the bed lamps. Rooms need to be better maintained. Lights kept flickering so once I gave the switches a bang a couple of times, they settled down. Room smelt as if someone had smoked a cigar in there.
