良い子どもと滞在
In general an ok experience, a place to only sleep, not really nice to hang around and enjoy the facilities
Old fashion, not very modern, very plain and basic, not even water or coffee in the rooms, to be managed by Sheraton hotels I really was expecting lot more of everything, my breakfast was super disappointing, staff very plain and not very welcome, really the only good thing is its location, very close to stations and main area of umeda

Quite central location (around 400m from station), cheerful helpful staff, reasonable sized and clean room, good facilities and breakfast included in reasonable tariff.

少しがっかり家族と滞在
Great Location. But the rooms very small. If you have a big box, you have to keep the box inside the room and sleep outside. Very poor breakfast. Nothing Sheraton about this hotel.
