大阪東急REIホテル (Osaka Tokyu REI Hotel)

The hotel is located in downtown and very convenient. It’s also right next to the arcade street as well as some convenience stores nearby.

I stayed at this hotel back in May and decided to pick it again because of all of the different places to eat. Also the hotel staff went above and beyond. I left an item in the room after check out and I didn't notice until I arrived back home in America. I called them right away and they immediately found the item in their lost and found. They coordinated with a local delivery company and I got my item back with in a week. I thought it was going to be gone for good, but they had it.

Good location, easy access to major attractions in Osaka. Room space is small, hardly open b3 baggages on floor, staff is friendly and helpful.

Great but the Ac wasn’t really working

Bathroom is small and old. Staff are very helpful. Location is not far away from Osaka station.

They provide water, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, wash cloth, tooth brush toothpaste. I was pretty clean except I found someone else’s piece of eyelash and I don’t think they change out the shower curtain between customers. It was kinda dirty. The size of the room is typically small but was big enough to lay out my luggage…sort of.

Overall stay was good. Rooms were small but typical Japan size rooms. Room was clean, lobby clean & front desk staff was helpful. The hotel is walking distance to train station, restaurants and shopping areas.

In a very convenient spot and walkable from the main stations.

The water cooler in the hallway was out of order, meaning no cool water to drink.

Breakfast was good
