Room was clean, staff was very helpful and kind. Hotel Located on a quiet street, unfortunately there was construction down the street. Close to the lake which made it very convenient.

Room was clean, staff was helpful, excellent location on a small street. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of different a dishes, fruits, pastries.

We booked a suite with King bed. The bath tub and shower combo was a little concerning as it is very high up and you'd have to climb up into; can be a major trip hazard for older adults. I am in my late 30's and had a hard time. When the tub was wet, i nearly killed myself trying to get in to shower. Again, the tub function did not work. To make up for the room, the staff was extrememlt hospitable. Very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. They made the e perience enjoyable at the hotel. Always making sure we were happy with our stay. I would recommend this hotel for its close proximity to Hoa Kiem Lake and eateries.

Awesome location and very welcoming staff, would stay there again.

Great hotel at the best location. Walking distance to a lot of sites and food places. The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. If ever I come back to Hanoi again, I will definitely book this place again.

Excellent and super friendly staff. Walkable to Hoan Kiem lake and night maket. Delicious breakfast. Highly recommended!!!
