The hotel staff was very friendly and responsive. The location is perfect to explore the Old Town on foot. Nice breakfast and spacious room with lots of amenities. I would stay here again.

We paid for upgrade and we're not told that they were installing a staircase right next to our room, banging and noise constantly we complained several times a day only to be told finish today, it didn't and we had to put up with it for 4 days did not offer refund for upgrade or change room, also the beds are like bricks very hard and uncomfortable, really not a great location far from old quarters and decent restaurants, also no pool won't be staying her again better place for the money we spent

What a great stay till yesterday. Did a big group with Tripadeal. Love the rooftop bar. Walk to laundromat $3 Bah mee on second corner cart a must. Just so central to everything. Even provide umbrellas when it rains. And the guy opens the door. Breaky was fine.

The property is quite central serviced by a mixture of nice restaurants to street vendors, be sure to try the smaller food places. Service within the hotel is really good with English speaking receptionists. Breakfast is varied and good quality.
