最高 This property was perfect for our time in Chicago. I will return! It was convenient to get to all the events and venues we wanted to see. The staff was amazing. The breakfast was delish. The room was perfect. You could tell it was an older property, some paint and fixture issues. But those didn't interfere with the stay.

El hotel es perfecto para dormir y salir a conocer; las habitaciones son cómodas e incluyen todo lo necesario. Lo único que no nos gustó fue que el personal ni siquiera saluda cuando te ven y se ven muy serios y que en tres días no recibimos limpieza en la habitación.

Overall, the hotel staff was friendly and the breakfast was good, but housekeeping was disappointing during our stay. When we arrived, there was hair stuck to the shampoo bottle in the bathroom, and the bottle was empty. Unfortunately, it was never refilled during our stay.
We also had issues with room cleaning. Staff asked what time we wanted the room cleaned because we were still in the room when they first came by. We told them anytime after 1 PM. We left for several hours and returned around 7 PM to find the room had still not been cleaned and was left a mess.
Another disappointment was that the room we received was smaller than the room advertised online when booking.
The front desk staff was nice and professional, so most of the issues seemed to be related to housekeeping rather than customer service.

Receptionist low-key had an AirPod in the entire time I was talking to him and his response to most questions was “I don’t know.” 😭 The machine that made room cards wasn’t working so check in took an extra 20 mins or so which was a little inconvenient.
Valet couldn’t take our car (don’t travel in Chicago with a U-Haul lmao), but directed us to a good parking structure that did.
The AC was broken in the first room we were assigned, but the receptionist very quickly changed our room which was so much nicer.
