Michael at the front desk was great and very welcoming.
We like the "welcome drink" and
$10 off daily for dinners.
Free popcorn in bar area.
We will definately stay there again.

laid great location nice restaurant across the street but the rooms are super small the bed also small & pretty much on the floor over all very clean great staff is should definitely be advised better

Good hotel, good location, allowed us an early check-in.
However, you might find yourself queuing for the lift as if it's an attraction - two tiny lifts used for service also. No fridge in room. Lastly, the security deposit, wasn't made clear it would deduct additional fees (resort fee, I think? Though unclear what that is, didn't experience anything notable).

I loved this property. The location was great. The room was a good size for NY, the bed was super comfy and the TV was easy to use. The common areas in the lobby were super cute and the food at the restaurant was very good. I had the sliders and fries. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I will stay here again.

Booked a room for 4 people, two very small double beds side by side and the room itself was so so small. Very little space for four people, maybe this is the norm for New York ? In addition, shower basically trickled out with very little pressure, reported the issue same day and told it would be looked at. Didn't fix the problem and had no feedback on it either. Very expensive hotel for what you get, there are definitely other hotels that will give better value.

良い Bar staff, eveing of 21st May, and the early morning check in staff, on 22nd May were very helpful and friendly.
