Had a two night stay. When we left during the day, housekeeping came by. Noticed my dress was missing. Tried calling the front desk and was told they would call me regarding it. Still have not received a phone call. Found a dead cockroach as well. The sheets had stains on it. Horrible parking, no space and had to park in the mud

Parking was extremely limited due to upper level renovation and repairs. Outdoor parking was sufficient but not paved. Recommend the establishment pave the outdoor parking area.

This hotel was awful. No WIFI, the tv was damaged. The place was infested with roaches and the place was not in good shape. Pictures are not what they seem like in person. Lack of housekeeping, you have to call a day prior to set it up. Oh and hot water was rare. The layout seem old and the place was run down to be honest. Overall its not a place I would recommend anyone to stay at. Spend a little more to book a better hotel because this place is horrible.

1. No hot water or water pressure from the shower. Staff didn’t seem to care when I mentioned it. The lady at the front desk just said “okay” when I brought it up.
2. The room itself had cracks and stains on the walls, the shower glass was dirty and had water stains all over it. The tub was disgusting and looked like it wasn’t cleaned.
3. The bed didn’t even had a fitted sheet on it. Just a top sheet covering the mattress.
4. The hotel its self is under construction/ Reno’s and seems deserted. Has a weird odour throughout the building.
One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. Definitely book elsewhere. The overall feeling of this hotel was dirty and deserted.

Escalator don’t work. Elevator smells. Dead Cockroaches on multiple floors and room, saw broken down door and missing door knobs from doors. One laundry work for the whole hotel that cost $2 to use. No atm. WiFi does not work if does super duper slow. Front desk clerk were very nice. I had a horrible experience.
