I stayed last year 2025 and returned 2026. One of the best hotels to include their amazing staff and room service. Definitely will be staying in the near future.

The hotel staff are very kind and helpful. Room could have been a little cleaner, especially the floors. I walked from bed to bathroom without my slippers and when I got back to the bed, my feet were grossly black. We had a balcony but windows were dirty and you could see mold so we never opened them to go out on the balcony. Room smelled musty and moldy.

The room was on 5th floor and very comfortable, clean, and had everything i needed. It's not a resort type hotel and the price reflects that. It's clean, safe, easy to park at, and so close to the crazy touristy areas but not inside of it...which i loved. No babies and kids running around like you're gonna have at Dusit or Hyatt. The staff were busy and efficient and friendly. Towels were great and no complaints as i wasn't expecting too much. Reviews on this place, i found, were accurate. Would definitely stay again to save some money on the nightly cost to spend on nice dinners etc.

The staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The rooms and the beds were comfortable and neat. Air conditioning was very cold but comfortable, we loved it. We stayed here with my family during the typhoon and everything went well. Heavy rain with a little rain water sifted through the sliding doors but that was understandable. Hotel staff prepared us by providing a lot of towels. They were very accommodating. We had such a nice comfortable stay and tried to extend longer but they were fully booked, we checked out for a day and came back the following day for a few more day stay since we didn’t have electricity at home right after the strong typhoon . The Generator stayed running through the whole time we were here.

⸻ My stay at Bayview was extremely frustrating, especially given the circumstances. I understand that Guam was hit by a typhoon and outages happen, but having no water and no power during my stay made it very difficult and uncomfortable. What made it worse was the lack of consistency—power would come on briefly and then go out again, making it hard to rest, charge devices, or even feel settled. Not having running water at times just isn’t acceptable when you’re paying for a hotel stay, regardless of the situation. I do appreciate that staff are likely dealing with a lot right now, but as a guest, basic necessities like water and electricity are expected, or at the very least, clearer communication and some form of accommodation or compensation should be offered. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations, and I hope the hotel improves how they handle situations like this in the future.

My room smelled musty as well as the hotel lobby . I ended up sleeping with the window open and turning off the AC
