My stay was very well deserved and greatly appreciated. My wife was even pleased with the amenities and how clean and neat the room was. I would definitely return to this Hotel my next trip to New York

The hotel boasted an excellent location; however, it had only two small elevators, one of which was frequently out of order. Waiting for an elevator to descend to street level often took over 20 minutes. With more than 25 stories and a full house, it was quite challenging to navigate between your room and the ground floor!

Outdated. Bath tub in the shower was clogged each time you take shower.

The location was great! We did a lot of walking, also tons of transportation near by. We used the subway to get to far locations. The staff were all great. Romaine is sweet. The bathroom was nice, the only thing was the toilet made a noise after flushing for awhile, shower pressure was amazing, drain took a minute for water to go down. The hotel was clean. Transportation was available of course for fee. I loved that they provided snacks and WATER at the lobby. I read that at night we would hear a lot of noise but I honestly didn't hear much or maybe it's because I was so tired I'd knock out haha The location and staff just really stood out for me. It's rare to get good customer service these days. Overall I would definitely recommend 100%.

Location was great for an event at Madison Square Garden.

I thought a breakfast was included and the parking was just as expensive as if we were not staying at the hotel.

The room is pretty small, and while the bathroom works fine, the sink is tiny. Just heads up: there’s no microwave and only a cooler instead of a real fridge. Also, budget some extra time for the elevator—it takes forever to show up.
