Great location and the gym

Hotel was great. Elevator and stairs were a bit confusing. We often ended up in the adjacent hotel lobby somehow. Not at all a big deal just interesting.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Manhattan Club. The location was terrific. We had a room with a separate living room with a pullout couch, which worked great for families with kids. It was nice to have that little extra space in the middle of the city. I was a little nervous about the air conditioning not working great (we stayed mid-July and had read this about other reviews) but honestly, it wasn't a problem at all. The room was plenty cool. The only real downside was that the elevator situation was annoying in that one of the elevators was being worked on so there was one elevator for the remainder of the hotel, so you were definitely waiting for an elevator. Not the end of the world.... We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others looking for a great hotel in the middle of the city.

Had an exchange previously requesting they made the bed for my daughter, even authorized to pay extra for it, but it was not made when we got there after 9pm.

Great hotel and location

Be wary when expecting valet parking if you have a truck or an oversized vehicle, you won’t get it. Club breakfast is ridiculously priced for a selection that you would expect to be complimentary. Elevators take forever. On a positive note, rooms are a nice size and property is in a great location.

We really liked this property…clean…great staff…great location! Just very pleased we made this choice.

I was a little disappointed that breakfast wasn't included in the price I paid. I also thought we could store our bags and start our vacation if we arrived before check-in. We arrived a little after 2 and were told to wait with our bags; it was after 3:30 before we checked in and brought our bags to our room. Other than that, it was a great stay. Extremely close (walking distance) to many historic sites.
