Very courteous and friendly staff. They responded in good time to requests and even extended their support and consideration. I definitely recommend staying here. And it’s pet friendly!

The property had a unique charm about it. Great location and somehow quiet within a busy city. The staff were super nice and made me feel welcome everytime I walked in. I was particularly impressed by the bellman helping to carry my bags one day after quite a bit of shopping. It was a top notch experience.

Our stay was outstanding! We felt welcome from the moment we pulled up. As we had come to town for the 2026 Pride festivities, we were very pleased about the welcoming environment for our community. The room was smaller than expected, but that wasn't something that concerned us. The only negative thing I can say is that we took the steps (as described on the card we found in the room) to indicate that we didn't want our sheets or towels laundered during our stay, but we had fresh towels and at least one of our beds had new sheets on it. Overall, we had a great weekend celebrating Pride, and we owe that in part to the convenient location and the overall quality of the hotel and its rooms.
