Our first room that we entered still had somebody’s belonging in it. Expensive luggage. We spoke to the lady at the front desk. She offered dinner on her and that we would get $100 credit. When it was time for checkout, she did not honor what she had said. She said the mill was on us and she would take it out of that 100. Try to discuss this with her and didn’t get very far at first. once I think she realized how many people were around us she said fine. You have your hundred. Or something like that. I have yet to see it. Because of that one incident, I will not stay again. We could have stolen everything in that room and we could’ve also badmouth that situation to everyone. We did none of that. I cannot get anyone to return my phone call so that is why I’m going ahead and negatively doing the survey.

Always my favorite place to be

Great location for a family vacation! It’s a block away from the nearest metro station, plenty of walkable food and stores around, a park with active events across the street. The hotel itself is beautiful. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It’s an old building, my only nitpick is the elevators can take a while during busy times, other than that it’s 5/5 stars.

Location and service the best

The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The hotel was great. The staff were very nice and helpful. The bar was great and so was the gym. I wish the rooms were more updated. Overall a great stay.

My trip got moved up a week, and when contacted thru Expedia, they refused to refund or even move the booking to another day. This was requested 2-3 weeks ahead of time. The cancelation fee = the amount of the total amount, and so I STILL have to pay for the room. Is it nice? Probably, but ill likely never know. 0/10 would not reccomend.
