I regularly stay in this hotel each time I visit Paris and am never disappointed

The room was very compact but absolutely fine for our visit. The staff were friendly and polite, helped us with directions etc, we ate out so didnt try the breakfast

A bit too hot (March). Some info on nearby shops and opening times would be welcome.

Room was really nice, the shower was a bit floppy and wouldn’t stay up so had to hold it and the ac didn’t work but other than that the staff were really friendly, and very helpful,

Room was immaculate. And made up to a high standard whilst I was out.

First, the official check-in time is 2:00 PM. I arrived at the reception around 2:30 PM and was informed that my room was still not ready and that I needed to wait an additional 30 minutes. I DO NOT understand why I was required to wait more than one hour past the stated check-in time. Second, when I finally entered the room, I discovered that the toilet seat was missing. I immediately informed the receptionist and asked for it to be fixed. However, The reception told me that it could not be repaired until Sunday because it was the weekend, and I check out the next day (Sunday). I was also informed that changing rooms was not possible. Therefore, I will use toilet without toilet seats. The only compensation offered was complimentary breakfast.
