Walkable from the metro station. Several nearby bars & cafes for a late evening snack & drink

A brief visit to Hotel Paris Villette, but a very pleasant one. My partner and I arrived very early and only hoped to store our bags while we attended the rugby. We were greeted by the really lovely Nadia, very patient with my French and so polite. She checked if our room was ready, which it was and were checked in. A relief for us to change and freshen up! When we came back in the early evening I had stopped to ask how much breakfast is (10€pp) and got talking with the wonderful Maroud, who noticed we were in a twin room and arranged to swap us to a double. We hadn't thought to ask or minded earlier, and it was incredibly kind of him to do this for us. Both rooms we experienced were clean and comfortable with air conditioning, needed in the heatwave! Breakfast is mostly continental with sausages and scrambled egg, personally I would have liked more fruit options, but this is personal taste. Thank you so much to Nadia and Maroud, your customer service is brilliant and really added a personalable yet professional touch to our stay in Paris.

The staff were very friendly and facilities are clean. Air conditioning was not functional. Location (19e arrondissement) seems unsafe. Not recommended to walk out at night around in this area.

We chose this hotel to give us more scope to see more of the city than just central Paris. As we were out all day we didn’t need a huge amount of space so the was ideal. The hotel has easy access to the metro and trains. It is not in a tourist area it is where ordinary people live. The hotel was well maintained, clean and regularly serviced. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of places to eat though no Vegan friendly we could find. However the restaurants will try and cater for you.

The staff was friendly and helpful but the property needs some updates. The street were is located is a little unsafe, don't walk around at night. The walls are paper thin we can hear everything from people getting in and out their rooms to coughing, talking, we couldn't sleep at all there's a lot activity at night. Not suitable for families and not long stays. You have to leave the key in the front desk if you step out the hotel and ask the key back to get into the room, so there is a 24/7 front desk for that very reason.

The room was very small and not even close to the pictures i saw, when i booked the room. I was not even able to open the window without hitting the bed. The blanket and pillows were damp, and the hairdryer didn't work.

Very helpful staff ice bedroom hotel a bit expensive

The floor inside the room is not comfortable. Complicated wifi connections. Bath tub is weird folding glass door. The door key needs to surrender to the front desk every time tine you walk out and retrieve it back every time you enter yiur room. Its the old fashion key thats so hard to lock and unlock the door every time I use it. So many different staff works on front desk. For 2 nights stay I encountered 4 different staff.The last person on duty was so unpolite and very arrogant his name is Ammed very poor and bad customer service. Very disrespectful. It was a bad experience. This place is highly NOT recommended! Horrible front desk staff Ammed.

The rooms are spacious and clean. We were in a room with a double and single bed. But still plenty of room to move around. Would have been fantastic if there was a kettle as well. But other than that it was great place to stay for a 2 night trip to Paris.

The front desk staff was very helpful, with directions and calling a taxi for us.
