It was Perfect hotel just one little thing not enough robe ☺️

Check in and check out staff were lovely, room was nice and bed comfy but it was dirty on the shower / bathroom door and around the the edge of the room. When I checked in no one offered me the mini bar selection and I didn’t know about it until I saw other people doing it when I was checking out (they’re meant to take you through items to choose at check in) The main pool was closed during my stay which was advertised but then the adults only pool and bar upstairs was closed both afternoons of my stay, had use of the village hotel pool but there were kids plashing water into our drinks in the pool bar area. I paid extra for the breakfast and it was quite possibly the worst hotel breakfast I’ve ever had, undercooked sloppy scrambled eggs and the coffee machine the coffee came out cold and milk tasted off. Definitely do not pay extra for breakfast it’s not worth it. Tried to have lunch at the restaurant at the top before it closed for events and had to ask for a menu, was finally given one and they never came back to get my order so after 45 minutes I just left. Definitely not worth the price.

We was allocated a room at the 3rd level, same floor as the reception lobby. All was good except water pressure was very poor in the shower room. Breakfast was reasonable but selection was little.

The hotel room is tidy and cozy

This was quite possibly one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The hotel itself is fine but for a "5 star rated hotel"

Really great hotel, spotlessly clean, really comfortable beds and I was lucky enough to have an amazing view across to the fireworks and light show. Rooftop adults only pool is fantastic and was quiet during the day. Good location, not far from the beach and Mt. Imbiah. All round a great stay.

Hotel remove welcome snack

Very clean and comfortable stay! Drinking water is available and the room has filtered water which was great. There were a lot of pools and have a great view. However, they had some construction during our stay so we couldn’t use all the pools. Staff were helpful, location was near the tourist areas and food spots. Would recommend!

The staff and the hotel ambience is unmatched, one of the pleasant stays I have had in a while. They went above and beyond to answer every question I had before my check in. Truly a 5 star experience, and the staff also made my day by decorating our room. Thank you so much, I will visit again.

The hotel is nice, and the people too. However, to make it nicer I would have expected: the room to be bigger (looks smaller than the description), the pool at Level 3 to be open (wrong time of the year to be in the hotel), the lobby to feel a bit more welcoming (hotel entrance in a parking basement floor-ish, and the lobby/checking desk area not really a warm atmosphere)
