No wine opener . Was asked to bring down to lobby at main reception . Toilet roll only 1 roll no etc .no tissue in toilet

The location was near the beach & the world resort. The staff were friendly & helpful. The room was clean & comfortable. I enjoyed my stay.

Staff was the problem otherwise the property is very good and well located but as Indians be prepared to be looked down upon. The front desk is extremely rude and they do not pick up the phones and then snap back saying thats not their job and Indians are especially treated weirdly which is surprising because the resort was full of Indian travelers and if they do not like us they should stop taking bookings from us. If they improve on this aspect it is a very good property

One of the pools was under renovation, which we did not know at the time of booking. Check-in was fast. We went up to our room and waited for our luggage to be delivered. It turns out we had to go back outside to tell the bellhop where to take our belongings. All other places we've stayed (even 3 star hotels) our things were brought to our room without us having to find another employee and tell them ourselves. Rooms are very small. We had a lot of things because we were on the last leg of a 10-day trip, plus a car seat and stroller, and baby cot. Room service is an option, but we did not know where the menu was. We learned later it is on the television. I gave feedback on check-in, and we were contacted by the guest services manager who moved us to a delux family room, which really is just 2 connecting rooms. Breakfast was not included. We paid for breakfast seperately in advance for 3 days and only used 2. Front desk made it sound like we had to choose to pay for all three days up front and did not mention if we had the option to just pay each morning if we wanted. We has breakfast at a restaurant nearby for one mornings, and took the loss. Great location and amenities but far from a 4-star hotel service experience. Airport transportation was $70, so as you can imagine, we did not use it. It very much felt like a 3 star hotel because of the size of the rooms and the front desk staff.

The location was very convenient! The room was clean, and the bathroom and toilet were also very clean. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and was very plentiful! Overall, it was a pleasant family trip.

4d3n birthday staycay for my son, the complete lack of effort to make his birthday feel special made the entire experience a major downer. I read countless past reviews detailing how warm and hospitable this hotel was to children, like surprise birthday decor, kiddie goodie bag etc. Despite explicitly writing an additional request for a "Birthday celebration" we arrived at a completely bare room. When I called reception, I was told they no longer do surprise birthday decorations and that I had to walk down to the counter myself to inform and collect his birthday "surprises"—which is just 2 balloons, a generic card that didn't even have his name on it, and a box of macarons. The deluxe room was cramped and lacked basic comfort amenities like bathrobes, functional clothes rack, functional table for laptop, a chair, a side table. I insisted to the reception (they initially refused) to get a plastic chair sent up to use as a makeshift side table and for toddler to sit while eating. On top of that, 1 of the pools was closed for maintenance with no discount offered, and the toilet had a musty sewage smell (which was unpleasant). The blind is old and worn out. Breakfast buffet is basic (all carbs very little protein). What I like: Shuttle bus service to vivocity and sentosa, filtered drinking water tap in the room. The pools are famously awesome which was the only attraction but they no longer offer floats for lazy river. Bring your own. Requested for bathtub and got 1.

Beautiful hotel. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were brilliant with everything we needed and beds were really comfortable. Filtered water tap in room was good feature as well. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and we would stay here again.

Amazing price and great location, very close to all attractions.
