Courteous, pleasing and friendly staff. Daily room cleaning was excellent. Excellent air conditioning during the red/ hot temperature wave. Balcony view to the Vatican roof top is a plus. Well located ⭐️⭐️⭐️ hotel.

とても良い For the price this hotel was an excellent value, there was some renovation being done in the 3rd floor during the day but we were out exploring so it didn’t affect our stay. I stayed with my teen daughter and we felt safe and comfortable, tge location was great. Breakfast is included and it was delicious, a nice way to start the day.
Our only complaint was the elevator needs to be maintained better, we rode it the first day to the 5th floor and it felt rickety. So we chose the stairs until we were checking out and decided to take the elevator again with our carry ons to reception in the basement. The elevator got stuck, we were in there maybe 5-7 minutes before the staff realized we were there (I tried knocking on the door and ended up pushing the alarm button). They pried us out and apologized, they were very kind but it really freaked me out.

El personal en el Front Desk son excepcionalmente amables, muy colaboradoras, les doy un 10/10, especialmente a Paula. Solamente el pelo en la sopa, es la señora alta de pelo negro, que atiende el desayuno, definitivamente no es amable.
